Huge congratulations to my friends Olivier Reynaud and chef Paul Rogalski for being featured in the number one spot with Bistro Rouge and ditto to chef Duncan Ly for making the list close on their heels with his beautiful Yellow Door Bistro at Hotel Arts.
I appreciate that Where Canada found some fresh faces in all sorts of places – not just the usual suspects. Bravo. Well done. Cheers. And now I just have to figure out how to get to some of these lovely spots. That will certainly help me on my quest to savour it all.
