I am a writer, award-winning cookbook author (A Spicy Touch - Family Favourites from Noorbanu Nimji's Kitchen), co-author of Food Artisans of Alberta and owner of Alberta Food Tours, Inc. My next project is a South Indian cookbook with photographer collaborator Pauli-Ann Carriere. I truly believe we are here to savour it all.
