Everyone has their kryptonite and this Candy Cane Pretzel Toffee Bark is mine. This a recipe I save for the holidays. I make it close to the holidays, have my fill, and then package the rest immediately to give away to friends. It’s just too darn good to have around. Candy Cane Pretzel Toffee Bark

4 cups (1-2oo gram pkg) waffle or flat pretzel chips
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt

1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup each crushed candy canes, chopped shelled pistachios and/or dried cranberries
¼ cup white chocolate pieces
