Honey Drizzled Alberta Gold Nuggets

Honey Drizzled Alberta Gold Nuggets with a secret ingredient being added

All you need is aged gouda or parmesan, honey and a little truffle oil to make this deeply satisfying appetizer. 


  • 6 ounces Sylvan Star Grizzly Gouda (you can substitute an aged Parmesan)
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Drizzle of truffle oil


  1. Cut the block of cheese in bite-size chunks and arrange them on a small serving platter.
  2. Drizzle generously with liquid honey and sparingly with truffle oil.
  3. Enjoy with mead and a bit of crusty bread if you like.
