Honey Drizzled Alberta Gold Nuggets
All you need is aged gouda or parmesan, honey and a little truffle oil to make this deeply satisfying appetizer.

- 6 ounces Sylvan Star Grizzly Gouda (you can substitute an aged Parmesan)
- Drizzle of honey
- Drizzle of truffle oil
- Cut the block of cheese in bite-size chunks and arrange them on a small serving platter.
- Drizzle generously with liquid honey and sparingly with truffle oil.
- Enjoy with mead and a bit of crusty bread if you like.
