The fourth place winner in the Best New category in Avenue Magazine’s 13th Annual Best Restaurants Awards. The menu has galettes, steak frites and dessert crepes just like those you’d find in Brittany, France.

The full list of Bests and the many, many categories beyond Best New and Best Tried and True will be unveiled this week along with the Avenue Dinner Series. Going out to eat is one of my favourite ways to savour it all and I’m very fortunate that my business Calgary Food Tours Inc. requires me to eat out a lot and call it research. To be honest though, I like less expensive “hole in the wall” ethnic joints the best.
